A recipe for a dessert

Tropical Fruit Salad

500 g strawberries
1 mango
3 Kiwi
1 small banana (s)
1 pineapple
300 g currants

For the sauce:
250 g yoghurt
40 g of honey servings


Working time: about 50 minutes
Resting time: 1 hour /
Difficulty: smart /
Energy value : 250 kcal
Wash the strawberries, clean and cut in half, larger specimens quarter. Peel the mango from the stalk end with a potato peeler, around the stone cut the flesh with a knife and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Peel, half and cut the kiwis into thin slices. Peel the banana and cut it diagonally into slices.
Cut off the green leaves of the pineapple and cut off a 2- cm – thick slice. Peel the pineapple in wide strips. Remove any remaining eyes with a knife. Cut the fruit lengthwise into quarters, remove the hard center, then cut the flesh into cubes. Wash the currants.
Arrange the different kinds of fruit in the order of pineapple, strawberries, banana, kiwi, mango in single layers. To give more taste to the salad pour fruit syrup over the fruits and add the yoghurt. You can also serve it together with ice cream scoops or with self-made waffles.
